Bayern Munich sends Chelsea home after beating them 4:1 in the Allianz Arena this night.

Bayern Munich ran riot and shattered every dream of a comeback Chelsea had. Bayern controlled  the game from the very first minute and they were rewarded with a penalty kick and the most in-form striker in the world Lewandowski didn't miss, minutes later the onslaught continued with Ivan Perisic getting on the scoresheet. Chelsea pulled one back with the help of Callum Hudson Odoi but their run of disappointments with VAR continued as the goal was overturned.

Just when we thought the half was over Tammy Abraham scores from a rebound and the first half ended 2:1 in favor of Bayern.

Chelsea started the second half with a short of run of good gameplay but fell behind to Bayern's dominant play. On the 76th minute mark, subtitute Corentin Tolisso got a goal for himself after a superb lofted pass from R. Lewandowski, just when we thought it was over Alvrado Odriozola sent an amazing cross into the box with Lewandowski latching on to it with a pin-point header into the right side of the net beating W. Caballero. The match ended 4:1 (aggregate: 7:1) ending Chelsea's run in the Champions League this season.

Bayern Munich are in the quarter finals facing Lionel Messi's Barcelona, with Bayern's goal scoring form we should expect a goal galore from that match.
